Learned Counsel for the Applicant points out that when the order was passed, the Court had directed that no precipitative steps are to be taken against the Applicant. However the same finds omission int eh order. Learned Counsel for the Respondents agree. Hence, the following shall be added as paragraph 8 in the said order: "9.

No precipitative steps shall be taken against the Applicant until the next date."
