This is and Application filed for condonation of delay of 13 days in filing the captioned Criminal Revision Application. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Respondents do not seek to file Affidavit in Reply.

Having heard the Learned Counsel and after perusing the record, and in any way neither the delay is extreme or inordinate, I deem it fit to allow the present Interim Application, in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:

"(a) This Hon'ble court be pleased to allow Interim Application in its entirety and delay of 13 days in filing the Revision application may kingly be condoned and the Revision application be kindly heard on merits." CRIMINAL REVISION APPLICATION NO. 515 OF 2024: 4.

After having heard the Counsel at some length, it was put to the Learned Counsel whether their clients are willing to make an attempt to resolve their disputes and difference by way of Mediation, both Learned Counsel submit that their clients are ready and willing for mediation. Hence, by consent of the parties, I appoint Smt Justice Anuja Prabhudesai, Former Judge of this Court as a Mediator to resolve the said disputes and differences. The details of the Mediator are as follows: Mediator Smt. Justice Anuja Prabhudesai, Former Judge of this Court.

Necessary costs, charges and expenses shall be borne equally by the parties.

Learned Counsel for the parties to intimate Smt Justice Anuja Prabhudesai, Former Judge of this Court of this order and fix a schedule for mediation. This is subject to exigencies and other commitments of the Mediator. The Mediator to file its report on or before 21st January 2025.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner makes a statement that his client will deposit an amount of Rs. 5 Lakhs within a period of two weeks from today in the Registry. The statement is accepted. He further undertakes that his client shall undertakes that the educational expenses of their child shall be borne by him. 8.

Affidavit in Reply, if any, to be filed and served on or before 6th January 2025.
