By this Application, the Applicant is praying for relaxation of the bail conditions imposed by this Court. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that, this Court (Coram : M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 11th January 2023 has released the Applicant on bail and has imposed the condition that, the Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station once in a month on every Monday of first week between N.S. 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that, trial has started. The Applicant has attended Court dates regularly. The matter is kept for charge. It is finding difficult to attend Court dates and Police Station once in month. Hence, requested to allow the Application.

The learned counsel APP strongly objected on the ground that, if condition is relaxed the Applicant may abscond. Hence, requested to reject the Application.

I have heard both learned counsel. perused order passed by this Court.

Considering the submission of both learned counsel, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Condition No.(f) imposed on the Applicant by this Court (Coram :M.S. Karnik, J.) by order dated 11th January 2024 is modified as under:- "The Applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

(ii) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
