Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking modification of the bail order passed by the Court (Coram: Madhav Jamdar, J) vide order dated 2nd April, 2024.

This Court has imposed condition on the Applicant that the Shantanu Dhudum 1/2

32-IA-4809-2024 (CR).doc Applicant shall report to the Rajarampuri Police Station, DistrictKolhapur once in a month i.e. on first Sunday of every month between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. until the conclusion of the trial. Learned counsel further submitted that Applicant is residence of Mumbai therefore Applicant could not attend the police station of Rajarampuri Police Station, District - Kolhapur. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicant, I pass following order:-

ORDER

i. Application is allowed.

ii. The Applicant shall attend the Rajarampuri Police Station, District-Kolhapur once in a three months, as per convenience of the Applicant.
