Learned counsel for the Applicants submits that in the main matter, the notice was issued to Respondent No. 1, however her address has changed and the current address is mentioned in the prayer clauses (b) & (c) of the present Application. He is seeking permission to serve notice on the fresh address. There are other prayers for serving Respondent 1/2

Learned counsel for the Applicants can supply fresh address by amending the cause-title of the main Petition and then the notice can be served on the fresh address. Hence, the following order :-

ORDER

a.

Leave to amend to add the fresh address of Respondent No. 1 in the cause-title of Criminal Writ Petition No. 3197 of 2024 is granted.

b.

Amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

c.

After the amendment is carried out, issue fresh notice to Respondent No. 1, returnable on 20th January 2025. d.

Hamdast is allowed.

Stand over to 20th January 2025.

4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
