This is an Interim Application for carrying out the amendment in the main application. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that during the pendency of this main application the charge-sheet is filed and therefore it is necessary to amend the main application by annexing a copy of the charge-sheet and to carry out the consequent amendment in the application including the prayer clauses. The proposed amendment is mentioned in paragraph Nos.3 to 5. Nesarikar

Considering this development, the application is allowed to the extent that the main application i.e. Criminal Application No.837 of 2024 is allowed to be amended by annexing a copy of the charge-sheet and to carry out the consequential amendment in paragraph Nos.3 to 5. Amendment shall be carried out within a period of three weeks from today. The main application shall be listed on 20/03/2025. 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
