1) In pursuance of Order dated 1st July 2025, Mr. Satya Narayan, Joint Commissioner of Police (Law and Order), Mumbai, has filed a detailed Affidavit dated 16th July 2025. In his Affidavit, he has in detail answered the queries put-forth by this Court in Order dated 1st July 2025. We are satisfied with the contents of the Affidavit.
2) At this stage, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for ApplicantsPetitioners, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file an Application/s for discharge before the trial Court. 2.1) Leave and liberty granted.
3) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3.1) In view of disposal of Petition, Criminal Application No. 1118 of 2024 and Interim Applications No. 4861 of 2024 and 4885 of 2024 do not survive and are accordingly disposed off.
