These are the second Bail Applications preferred by the applicants - Mahesh Ganpat Niture and Vishal Subhash Kadam. Vide said order, liberty had also been granted to the applicants to file fresh applications. The same is recorded in the order dated 16th February, 2023 passed by this Court (Coram: Nitin W. Sambre and R.N. Laddha, JJ). The said order is annexed with the aforesaid applications. 2.

Considering the aforesaid, Registry to take appropriate steps to place the aforesaid applications before a Bench of which Justice R.N. Laddha is a member.
