By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the judgment and order dated 5th January 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Prakash D. Naik, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by the said order, this Court has imposed condition No.(iii) by which the applicant was directed to report Wada Police Station, District-Palghar once in a month on every first Saturday between 11 am and 1 pm till conclusion of trial. Learned counsel further submitted that the investigation is completed and charge-sheet has been filed against the applicant, yet SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM charge has not been framed. The applicant is attending the Trial Court dates regularly. Hence, requested to allow the application. Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The investigation is completed in the present case, chargesheet has been filed against the applicant, yet charge has not been framed. The applicant is attending the Trial Court dates regularly. 6.

In view of above, the bail condition No.(c) is modified as under :

(c) The applicant shall report Wada Police Station, DistrictPalghar, as and when required till conclusion of trial as and when required.

The interim application is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
