This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application No.1083/2024, which stood dismissed vide order dated 27.9.2024. Vide said order the Court had directed the learned counsel for the Applicants to supply spare copy of the Application in the Registry within a period of two weeks from that date. It was not done and, therefore, it stood dismissed as the Court had observed that it would be dismissed without Deshmane(PS)

Now the learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that inadvertently the copies could not be supplied within two weeks. It was not intentional. The copies are ready and they would be supplied immediately in the Registry. 3.

Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice the Application being Criminal Application No.1083/2024 is restored to its original file. Learned counsel for the Applicants shall furnish the spare copies within a period of three weeks from today in the Registry. Once the copies are supplied, issue fresh notice to the Respondent No.2, returnable on 26.2.2025. The main Application be listed on 26.2.2025. 4.
