By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.8 of 2020, registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune City, for the ofence punishable under Sections 302, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of Indian Penal Code (IPC). 3.

The applicant is seeking temporary bail to appear in the examination of B.com 1st year which is scheduled to be held from 2nd December 2024 to 12th December 2024. varsha

The learned APP on verifcation about the fact of examination informed this Court that the examination is scheduled as per the dates given by the applicant. 5.

In the circumstances, to avoid loss of academic year of the applicant, I pass the following order:

ORDER

i) Criminal application is allowed;

ii) It is directed that the applicant be released on bail in Crime No.8 of 2020, registered with Koregaon Park Police Station, Pune City, for the ofence punishable under Sections 302, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), on furnishing cash security of Rupees Twenty-Five Thousand, from 30.11.2024 to 14.12.2024, as there are oral examination on 13.12.2024 and 14.12.2024.

iii) The applicant shall surrender before the Jail Authorities on 15th December 2024.

The application is disposed of.
