By this application, the applicant is seeking modification of the order dated 25th September 2023 passed by this Court (Coram : M. S. Karnik, J.).

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by the said order, this Court had directed the applicant to attend the Investigating Officer of Tilak Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, once in a month, every Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.. Learned counsel further submitted that the charge is framed against the applicant and trial has commenced, the applicant is finding it difficult to attend the court dates and police station.
