This Court by order dated 02.03.2024 in Bail Application No. 3145 of 2023 while releasing the applicant on bail has inter alia imposed the following condition:
(iii) The applicant shall not enter into the Pune District except to attend the dates before the trial Court till the conclusion of the trial".

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a marriage of the sister of present applicant on 21.01.2025. It is submitted that to attend the said marriage the applicant be permitted to enter into the Pune District for a period of ten days. Pramod S. Lakare 1/2

The learned APP for the respondent/State submitted that considering the nature of offence, the condition was imposed and therefore, the applicant may not be allowed to enter into the Pune District.

Considering the reason, I am inclined to allow the applicant to enter into Pune District for a period of ten days. The applicant is accordingly permitted to enter into Pune District for the period of ten days.
