Heard learned Advocate Soni for the Applicant-convicted accused. Two prayers are made by way of this interim application; (i) For early hearing of the appeal (ii) His pension may be released.

The second prayer is outside the ambit of this appeal. According to Mr. Soni, his client had approached to the High Court of Karnataka but that petition was disposed of. He wants to place its copy on record. He can do so. The investigation is by CBI. CBI is yet not served. Let them be served.
