Learned APP submitted that the Criminal Appeal No.976 of 2023 preferred by the co-accused Jishan Kureshi of the present Appellant Santosh Jugdar, is already finally disposed of by a coordinate bench of this Court vide the Judgment and order dated 18.09.2024.

Learned APP further submitted that, there is one more Appeal pending of another co-accused Rahul Barai vide the Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

26-ia-4960-24 Criminal Appeal No.1165 of 2023. Learned APP submitted that, both these pending Appeals are required to be tagged together. He seeks time to take further course of action.

In the meantime, the Respondent No.2 who is present in the Court seeks assistance of a legal aid counsel. In earlier Appeal of the co-accused Jishan i.e. Criminal Appeal No.976 of 2023, one Advocate Advait Tamhankar was representing the Respondent No.2. We are informed that he is also on the legal aid panel of this Court.

Therefore, Advocate Advait Tamhankar is appointed to represent the Respondent No.2 in this Appeal, as well. The office shall inform him regarding this. In this situation, today we are adjourning this Appeal and the application.
