After hearing learned Counsel for the Applicants (appointed through Legal Aid) for some time, when the Court was not inclined to grant interim bail, learned Counsel for the Applicants on instructions, from the sister of the Accused No. 1 (who is stated to be present in the Court), seeks leave to withdraw the Interim Application, with liberty to file fresh Application for bail, after the Applicants complete 50% of the sentence awarded, if by that time, the Appeal is not taken up for final hearing. 2.

The Application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed.
