This is an Application through jail for extension of time to comply with the order of the interim bail, which was granted on the condition of furnishing PR bond and deposit of certain amount. 2.

The Applicant/Convict has submitted that since he was in jail, necessary amount could not be arranged in time. However, he has shown willingness to comply with the order, if extension of 60 days is granted. 3.

Order dated 06/03/2024 passed in IA/2710/2022 shows that the bail was granted on the conditions mentioned therein. 4.

Considering the application, 60 days is granted to the Applicant as prayed, to comply with conditions of the order dated 06/03/2024. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
