This matter, which was listed at serial No.84 in the daily cause list, was mentioned at rising time. 2.
The only prayer put forth by the Petitioner is in terms of paragraph No.4 (a). The said prayer reads as under :- ADN
84-ia-5006-2024.odt "4. In view of the above, the present interim application is filed by the Applicants for amendment and thereby seeking correction of clerical mistake made in the main petition and the said corrections are as follows;
a. That the present applicants have instead of putting the name of applicant applicant no. 1 i.e. Mahadev Savba Satadekar as an applicant inadvertently placed the name of one Ghanshyam Narayan Pausakar (He is also one of the accused in the present matter and also applicant in another application being APL No.882 of 2023 before this Hon'ble Court) on the Cause title of Index, on the page of Synopsis which is numbered as Page No. A and on the page of docket in the present petition. Therefore, the name of Ghanshyam Narayan Pausakar has to be replaced with Mahadev Savba Satadekar. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit "B" is the copy of schedule."

The learned APP submits that the mistake in typing the names has occurred and this Application can be favourably considered.
