This is an application for condonation of delay in filing appeal by the State against the judgment and order dated 31.07.2023 passed by the Learned Extra Joint District Judge & Additional Sessions Judge, Panvel-Raigad in Special Case (POCSO) No. 191 of 2020, by which the learned Additional Session Judge has acquitted respondent No.1 (original accused) for the offences punishable Under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 7, 8, 9(m)(p), 10, 11 (iv) and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
