The learned counsel for the applicant, while pressing the interim application for grant of temporary bail, refers to a discharge card dated 06.12.2024 issued to the applicant, showing that he was admitted in Sir J. J. Hospital between 30.11.2024 and 06.12.2024, when his condition marginally improved. According to the learned counsel for the applicant, treatment for the ailment of the applicant is available in Sion Hospital. But, since the Sion hospital does not have a prison ward, the applicant cannot be treated at the said hospital.
