This Court vide order dated 18th September, 2024 while releasing the applicant on bail in Criminal Bail Application No.2847 of 2024 has imposed the following condition :

" (iii) The applicant shall not enter into territorial jurisdiction of Mahad M.I.D.C. Police Station, Raigad till conclusion of trial, except on the date of trial;" 2.

By this Application, the applicant is seeking modification of the above condition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is running a brick mill. It is submitted that the said brick mill of the applicant is located within the territorial jurisdiction of Mahad MIDC Police Station. It is submitted that the only period during which bricks are to be manufactured is from November to April. It is submitted that the applicant be permitted to enter into the jurisdiction of Mahad Police Station during the said period.

Considering the nature of the offence, this Court has imposed the condition in question. The applicant has filed this application for modification within a short period of four months. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this application. Interim Application is rejected. (N. R. BORKAR, J.) Sajakali Jamadar
