At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

By this application, applicant is seeking permission to travel SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM abroad. It is the contention of learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is convicted in CBI Special Case No.91 of 2002. The applicant SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2025.04.01 18:45:57 +0530 1/2

Shubhada S Kadam 4-IA-5063-2024 (CR).doc has challenged the said conviction. The appeal is pending before this Court. The applicant intends to travel to Singapore, Thailand, Dubai and Malaysia between 8th April 2025 to 30th June 2025. 4.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

The applicant is allowed to travel to Singapore, Thailand, Dubai and Malaysia between 8th April 2025 to 30th June 2025. 2.

The applicant shall furnish the full itinerary of his overseas travel with all details, including the address/addresses where he would be staying including his contact details during the said period to the Investigating Officer prior to his departure.
