The present two interim applications bearing nos. 5064 of 2024 and 5070 of 2024 are filed for cancellation of pre-arrest bail, granted to the respondents on the ground that the respondents have violated/breached the conditions of the bail which was allowed as per the consent terms entered into between the parties. As per the order dated 9th February, 2023 the present applicant was granted liberty to approach this Court for cancellation of the pre-arrest bail as per the Condition No.(c). The said condition reads as under :- (c) If the consent terms are breached it will be open for the complainant to make an application for the cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to the applicants and respondent no.3.

The parties today submit that as per the consent terms, 50% of the amount has been paid. As far as the balance 50% of the amount is concerned, both the parties submit before me that
3/3 certain amount will be paid by Friday, 7th February, 2025 and the remaining amount will be paid by 20th April, 2025. In view of the same, they seek liberty to withdraw both the present interim applications and to approach this Court if the need arises. 3.
Both the interim applications are disposed of by recording the statement of the respondents. Liberty as prayed for is granted.
