The parties before us agree to appear before the Trial Court to file a joint application seeking permission for withdrawing Rs. 15 lakh, out of the amount deposited by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, to be paid to the Applicants (Total Rs. 15 lakh).

The learned Addl.PP submits that the amount of Rs.10 lakh should remain with the Trial Court, as there is one more Applicant whose claim for the amount of Rs.30 lakh is yet to be satisfied. 3.

The parties before us agree that the amount of Rs. 10 lakh shall be retained with the Trial Court.
