These applications are filed by the accused praying for relaxation of condition no.(iii) while granting bail. By the said condition the applicants were directed not to enter the by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are residents of Ambernath Taluka and were facing hardship. They are unable to secure job in view of the said condition. The applicants have also annexed employment letters to their applications. However, according to them they were unable to join because of the restrictive condition.

Learned counsel for the applicants submit that in view of this condition the applicants are facing difficulty in accepting employment. He further submits all the other conditions are complied with by the applicants. 4.
Learned counsel for the applicants further points out that similar condition imposed on the other co-accused has been relaxed. He has annexed copies of the orders granting relaxation of the similar conditions.

Learned APP submits that the applicants be directed to attend all the dates in the trial court regularly. 6.
Considering the reasons stated in the applications, condition no (iii) imposed on both the applicants while granting bail is relaxed. The applicants shall regularly attend 2/3
all the dates in the trial court unless specifically exempted by a written order.
7.
It is clarified that all the other conditions imposed while granting bail shall continue to operate and shall be binding upon the applicants.
