Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant be allowed to enter in Nashik District except Malegaon City. He submits that Justice Anil S. Kilor on 11.10.2024 has granted same relief to the accused. 3.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, condition No. 8(f) of the order dated 01.02.2024 passed by Court (Coram :M.S.Karnik, J.) is modified as under: "The applicant can enter in the Nashik District except Malegaon City where trial is pending in the Sessions Court." 4.

Interim Application is disposed of.
