This application is for restoration of the Criminal Writ Petition No.1207 of 2021 which was dismissed vide the order dated 04/07/2024. The other prayer is for condonation of delay of 130 days in filing this application.

Considering this genuine difficulty and in the interest of justice, the delay in filing this application is condoned and the Criminal Writ Petition No.1207 of 2021 is restored to its original file.
