As the time of four weeks had expired, present Interim Application is filed by the Petitioner seeking extension of time to file Affidavit in rejoinder. 3) We have heard learned Advocate for the Applicant/Petitioner and have also gone through the contents of the Interim Application. 4) We are satisfied that extension of time be granted to the Applicant/Petitioner to file her rejoinder to the Petition. 5) Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

6) Four weeks time is granted to the Applicant/Petitioner to file her Affidavit in rejoinder from the date of uploading of this Order on the official website of the High Court, Bombay.
