At the outset, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend the cause title of the application. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith, during the course of the day. 1/3

By this application, the applicant seeks temporary bail to appear for his first year B.A. LL.B. examination which is scheduled on 18th December, 2024 in Children Welfare Centre's College of Law, Malad (West), Mumbai.

Perused the application. The applicant has secured admission in Children Welfare Centre's College of Law, Malad (West), Mumbai. The applicant's first year B.A. LL.B. test is scheduled on 18th December, 2024. The said examination is to be held in Children Welfare Centre's College of Law on 18th December, 2024. 4.

Since the applicant intends to appear for the said examination, we deem it appropriate, in the peculiar facts of this case, to release the applicant on temporary bail from 16th December, 2024 till 19th December, 2024, so as to enable the applicant to appear for his examination on 18th December, 2024. Accordingly, the application is allowed on the following terms and conditions : 2/3

ORDER

i) The applicant be released on temporary cash bail in the sum of Rs.15,000/-, from 16th December, 2024 to 19th December, 2024;

ii) The applicant shall surrender before the Open District Prison, Paithan on 19th December, 2024. 5.

The application is disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.

Learned APP to forthwith communicate the above order to the concerned Superintendent of Open District Prison, Paithan, so as to enable them to comply with the same.

7.

Stand over to 20th December, 2024. To be listed on the Supplementary Board, for recording compliance of the applicant's surrender before the concerned jail.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
