Perused the Interim Application. For the reasons stated in paragraph Nos. 7 and 8 of the Application and at the request made by Applicant, condition No. (iv) in the bail order dated 19.09.2022 stands deleted. However, it is made clear that Applicant shall attend the hearing in Trial Court on all scheduled dates and shall not derelict by seeking any adjournments in the Trial Court unless absolutely necessary.

Rest of the bail conditions in the order dated 19.09.2022 shall remain as it is.
