The Appellant is one of the convicted accused as per the judgment dated 16th September 2017 passed by the learned Special Satish Sangar 1/2

36-IA-5176-2024-IN-APEAL-824-2017.doc Judge - CBI(ACB), Pune. By way of this Interim Application, he is seeking direction to defreeze the locker. The locker is in his name and name of his wife. There are certain belongings kept in the locker. The inventory is on Page No.90. The Applicant wants return of those articles. According to Mr.Joshi, the trial Court has not passed any order while disposing of the case finally.

According to Mr.Munde, for all these years, the Applicant was docile and the Application was not filed before the trial Court. 4.

Reply be filed in the Office, if he has not filed earlier. Copy be given to Mr.Joshi.
