This Court by order dated 13.08.2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1513 of 2024 granted bail to the present applicant on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since last two years and thus is not able to arrange and furnish the surety. It is submitted that the applicant be thus released on cash bail of Rs.25,000/- and time of four months be granted to furnish surety. Sajakali Jamadar

The inability of the applicant to furnish the surety is apparent from the fact that, inspite of bail order in his favour, he is still in jail for about five months. In that view of the matter, the applicant shall be released on deposit of Rs.25,000/- with the trial Court.

The applicant shall furnish the surety within a period of four months from the date of his release.
