By the present Application, the Applicants have sought for relaxation of conditions (b) and (d) imposed in the order dated 8th March 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 1091 of 2024. 3.
After having heard Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant for sometime and this Court after having expressed its view of not being inclined to entertain the present Application, Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate, on instructions from the Applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the Gitalaxmi
21-IA-5205-2024.doc present Application. However, he prays for liberty to apply afresh after a period of six months from today, in the event of change in circumstance.

Leave granted to withdraw the present Application with liberty to the Applicant to file a fresh Application for relaxation of the said conditions in the event of change in circumstance, after a period of six months from today.

Interim Application No. 5205 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn with the abovesaid liberty.
