Heard Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for Respondent-State. 2.
By the present Application, the Applicant who is 67 years old, is seeking the following reliefs in para 9 (a) and (b) :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to relax the said conditions (b) and Condition (d) and allow the Applicant to reside within the jurisdiction of Sangola Police Station, Solapur;
(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to relax/cancel/suitably modify the condition of reporting to Bharti Vidyapeeth Police Station, Katraj, Pune on
every first Sunday of the month between 11.00am to 1.00pm imposed upon the Applicant vide order dated 26/04/2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1764 of 2024 by this Hon'ble Court, in the interest of justice. 3.
Applicant was released on Bail by order dated 22nd April 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1764 of 2024 on the conditions as mentioned in paragraph No.12(a) to (h). 4.
Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, by relying on the reasons mentioned in paragraphs 6(a) to 6(h), states that the request of the Applicant for modification of condition Nos.(b) and (d) be considered.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigation Officer, states that the prosecution has no objection if the conditions in paragraph No.12(b) be relaxed, subject to the Applicant regularly attainding the trail in Session No. 236 of 2023. In view of the no objection given by the prosecution, condition No.12(b) of order dated 26/04/2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1764 of 2024, is relaxed.

Mr. Niranjan Mundargi, on instructions from the Applicants, states that the Applicant shall regularly attend the Trial in Session Case No.236 of 2023. Statement accepted.

As condition No. 12(b) is relaxed, consequently the condition No.12(d) of the order dated 26/04/2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1764 of 2024 would stand modified to the following extend 12(d):- "12(d) The Applicant shall report to the Sangola Police Station, District Solapur once every month, on first Sunday from 11.00a.m. and 1.00 p.m., till the conclusion of the trial in Session Case No.236 of 2023." 8.
It is clarified that all the other conditions the order dated 26/04/2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.1764 of 2024, shall remain unaltered.

Interim Application No.5206 of 2024 allowed in the abovesaid terms.
