The aforesaid Application is for renewal of passport. If the prosecution has any objection and apprehension that the Applicant may misuse the passport, if it is granted, that objection is pre-mature prima facie at this stage.

Ms. Pai, learned Special Public Prosecutor will take appropriate instructions. The Application for renewal of passport can be allowed Anand

As and when the Applicant desires to travel, he can always make an Application to the concerned Court with all details. In that event, the prosecution shall be heard by the Court before passing any Order.
