This is an application for condonation of the delay of 7 years and 89 days in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 04.07.2017 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai, in Sessions Case No.817 of 2014, convicting the applicant U/s.302 of the I.P.C. and U/s.4 and 27 of the Indian Arms Act.

Considering these submissions, though the delay is inordinate, but in the interest of justice, we are inclined to condone the delay.
