Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 23rd August 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Bharati Dangre, J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to report to Wada Police Station once in a month on every 1st Saturday between 11.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. till conclusion of trial. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is attending court dates regularly since 2022, hence, requested for relaxation of the aforesaid condition.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel as well as the fact that the applicant is attending court dates regularly since 2022, I pass the following order :

O R D E R

(I) The bail condition mentioned in clause (c) of the order 23rd August 2022 passed by this Court (Coram : Bharati Dangre, J.) is relaxed.

The interim application is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
