Mr. Vivek Arote, learned Advocate appears for the Applicant and states that though he was representing the Applicant, by notice dated 9th April, 2025 he had sought discharge. He states that he has been discharged from appearing for the Applicant. He further states that N.O.C. and Vakalatnama were handed over to the Applicant on 14th March, 2025. He states that the matter was thereafter listed on two occasions, despite of which none appeared on behalf of the Applicant. 2.
