This is an application for condonation of delay of 95 days in filing an appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 22.05.2024 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Karad in Sessions Case No. 39 of 2018 by which the Applicant was convicted under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and was sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is financially poor and he has filed this appeal with the help of legal services authority of this Court. 3.

Learned APP does not have any objection for condonation of delay in the interest of justice.

Considering the situation and in interest of the justice, the delay of 95 days in filing of the appeal is condoned. The appeal be processed further.
