This is an application for condonation of the delay of 225 days in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 06.03.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge - 2, Vasai, in Sessions Case No.82 of 2018, convicting the applicant U/s.302 of the I.P.C.
