This is an application for condonation of the delay of 113 days in preferring the Appeal against the Judgment and order dated 27.06.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai, in Sessions Case No.259 of 2016, convicting the applicant U/s.302 and 452 of the I.P.C. 2.
