Ms. Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicants states that the medical records of the Applicant have been produced on record, however, amendment is not carried out to the Application to indicate the period, the Applicant is required to be in the Talwalkar

She requests a week's to enable the Applicant to amend the Application by making statement with regard to the period for which the Applicant proposes to be in the District of Pune, nature of ailment and the treatment, etc. 3.

At the request of Ms. Khan, learned Advocate for the Applicant, a week's time is granted to carry out amendment. Amendment be carried out within one week from today with an advanced copy to the Respondents.
