This is an application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition which stood dismissed for non prosecution on 6th September, 2024. 2.
For the reasons stated in the Application, the same is allowed and the Writ Petition is restored.

The learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, only prayer clause (b) is being pressed by the petitioners, which seeks a direction to the respondent to investigate into the matter and to file chargesheet.

18 IA 5284 OF 2024.DOC on behalf of the applicants/petitioners that till date, the chargesheet has not been filed. This is surprising, given the fact that the FIR was registered as far back as on 12th May, 2019. 5.
