KIRAN SANJAY GHUGE 2) Advocate Mr. Muzammil, appearing for Respondent No.2 vehemently opposed the Application and submitted that, no proper explanation is offered by the Applicants for condonation of the said inordinate delay.

3) However at the profused request of learned Advocate for the Applicants and on his statement that, for condonation of the said inordinate delay, his clients will pay a cost of Rs.15,000/- to the 'Armed Forces Battle 1/2
