This Court by order dated 17.12.2024 dismissed the Anticipatory Bail Application No.3430 of 2024 for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B", which reads thus:

"(B) The order dated 17/12/24 passed in ABA no.3430/24 may kindly be set aside and the ABA no.3430/24 may kindly be restored".

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
