This Court by order dated 25th October 2024 in Bail Application No.3344 of 2024 has released the applicant on cash security and granted time of one month to furnish surety. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the surety could not be furnished. It is submitted that now the applicant has granted the surety and time be extended by two weeks. 4.

Time of two weeks as sought to furnish surety is granted.
