This Application is for restoration of Criminal Application No.90 of 2022, which was dismissed for non prosecution vide order dated 04.09.2024.

When that Application was dismissed for non-prosecution, nobody has appeared even for Respondent No.2. The learned counsel pointed out that the original Application i.e. Criminal Application No.90 of 2022 was admitted vide order dated 05.04.2023, and interim relief was granted on that day. Hence, Criminal Application No.90 of 2022 shall be listed in due course for final hearing. The interim relief granted while admitting this application is continued till final decision of Criminal Application No.90 of 2022.
