By this application, applicant is seeking modification of the bail condition of the order passed by this Court (Coram : Revati Mohite Dere, J.) dated 26.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that by the said order, this Court has imposed condition No.(iii) The Applicant shall report to the concerned officer of the Enforcement Directorate on the 2nd & 4th Monday of every month between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. until further order. Learned counsel submits that applicant be directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and learned APP for the State strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

I have heard all learned counsel. Considering the submission of all learned counsel, I pass following order:

ORDER

(i) Condition No. (iii) of Order dated 26.04.2018 is relaxed as under:

"The applicant shall attend the concerned office of the Enforcement Directorate as and when required."
