Learned Special Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent No.1 in all the above applications, states that he requires some time to file an Additional Affidavit in all the bail applications, to place on record the subsequent events and facts which would be relevant for adjudication of the aforesaid bail application. He prays for three weeks time to file the additional affidavit. Advocates for the Applicants in the above said applications do not object to the filing of such affidavit by the Respondent No.1.

In view of the same, leave granted to the Respondent No.1 to file additional affidavit. Such Additional Affidavit be filed within a
period of three weeks from today, by furnishing advance copy on the Advocates appearing for the Applicants.
