P.C.:- 1) By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide orders dated 16th September 2015 and 28th November 2017.
2) Perused the Application. The Applicant's sentence was suspended and he was enlarged on bail by this Court (Coram: V. K. Tahilramani, Acting C.J. & A. S. Gadkari, J.) vide order dated 16th September 2015 on certain terms and conditions. The condition 1/3
imposed on the Applicant was that he will report to the M.R.A. Marg Police Station once in a week. Pursuant thereto, the Applicant filed another application seeking relaxation of the condition of the Applicant's attendance at the M.R.A. Marg Police Station once in a week. This Court (Coram: Ranjit More & Dr. Shalini Phansalkar-Joshi , JJ) vide order dated 28th November 2017 relaxed the said condition and directed the Applicant to report to M.R.A. Marg Police Station once in a month from November 2017, subject to the condition, that the Applicant shall furnish his address at Uttar Pradesh where he will be staying during the said period as well as his mobile details. 3) Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Applicant has complied with the said condition of attendance.
4) Considering that the relaxation is sought after more than five years, we are inclined to allow the Application and as such, relax the condition of reporting to the M.R.A. Police Station from once in a month to once in six months, subject to the condition that the Applicant shall furnish his address wherever he intends to reside as well as will furnish his mobile details to the concerned Police Station if there is change in the same.

5) The Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
